What this session is
AI has the potential to help charities work smarter, save time and make better use of limited resources. Gain the knowledge and confidence to start using AI in your charity, whether for drafting content, analysing information, improving efficiency or supporting day-to-day decision-making, while understanding the governance needed to use it responsibly.

Practical Example: Creating an Annual Report with AI
Using a charity annual report as a worked example, we will demonstrate how AI can help to:
- Gather and organise information from multiple sources
- Summarise reports and meeting notes
- Analyse data and identify key themes
- Draft content more efficiently and consistently

Trustees, charity leaders, staff and volunteers who want practical skills they can start using straight away.
About the host
The Association of Guernsey Charities is part of the G8 and represents over 320 registered charities across the Bailiwick, strengthening the sector through strong partnerships, financial sustainability and support for volunteering. About the AI Sprint
The Guernsey AI Sprint is an island-wide programme, led by the G8, bringing together businesses, organisations, and individuals to explore, learn, and act on artificial intelligence. From October 1st to November 12th, we'll run workshops, talks, hackathons, and hands-on challenges designed to move Guernsey from AI curiosity to AI confidence.
