What this session is

Hosted by GBTEA, this session brings James Garner — Head of AI and Data at Gleeds and host of the AI - Project Flux podcast — to explore practical AI adoption in project delivery and construction. James leads work helping organisations turn AI curiosity into safe, repeatable workflows across document-heavy processes: commercial management, delivery, reporting and controls.

Anyone working in construction, project delivery or programme management wanting a practical, grounded look at where AI genuinely helps.

This event is co-hosted by the Association of Project Management (APM) — the only Chartered Body of the project profession.

The Guernsey AI Sprint is an island-wide programme, led by the G8, bringing together businesses, organisations, and individuals to explore, learn, and act on artificial intelligence. From October 1st to November 12th, we'll run workshops, talks, hackathons, and hands-on challenges designed to move Guernsey from AI curiosity to AI confidence.
