What this session is
When AI adoption slows, quality dips, or your best people go quiet, it's rarely a technology problem — it's a trust problem. This session looks at the three places that trust breaks down: in leadership, in the tool itself, and between colleagues. With real anxiety that AI will replace workers, many businesses haven't addressed their team's psychological safety around it — this session asks you to question those fears and explore what's really in the room.
Michelle Winn, founder of Peak Positive, offers a practical guide to adopting AI as a team member rather than a threat.

About the AI Sprint
The Guernsey AI Sprint is an island-wide programme, led by the G8, bringing together businesses, organisations, and individuals to explore, learn, and act on artificial intelligence.
