What this session is
As AI becomes increasingly embedded in workplace processes, organisations must balance innovation with responsibility. In this session, Rachel Guthrie of Mourant and Rachel Masterton of the ODPA will explore how AI is transforming people management, from recruitment and performance management to employee monitoring and decision making. Attendees will gain practical insights into the legal, ethical and regulatory considerations surrounding AI use in the workplace, including data protection, governance, transparency and accountability. The session will provide guidance on managing risk, building trust and adopting AI responsibly, helping organisations harness its benefits while meeting their obligations to employees and regulators.
